    Default Doc's Party plans.

Looks like I'll be flying solo to the party (le sigh)
Still need to organise my journey, but at least I can bother Iron for longer, right? (expect me on Tuesday )

Want to do some more "organised" play again this year so I thought I'd ask if people would be interested in certain games. Obviously don't have infinite space, so I'll limit myself to stuff people might have fun with.
Saturday needs to be for quickplay games (secret hitler, CAH etc) drinking and socialising, so I will NOT be running DnD on Saturday this year :P

    1) DnD scenario Thursday/Friday. 4-5 hour sessions.
"monsters" vs "heroes" theme (running 2 tables)
Still not sure how to play it out, but leaning towards the "monsters" group getting to plan their hideout, lay traps etc.
May stick to lvl 1 characters for lulz :P

    2) MTG draft (pauper) cube, tournament play. (8 player max)
Basically, a stack of MTG cards. Each player gets 3 sets of 15, draft by taking a card and passing it on until all cards are taken, build a deck (minimum 60)
(include losers bracket? Drafting may take an hour? 40 minutes per "round" maybe 5-6 hours total, don't need to play it all at once ^^)
    8 player double elimination.gif

    3) Superfight. Should work like CAH, easy to pick up & walk away.

    4) I still cant find an official Secret Hitler set available outside the US (plenty of third party versions are available) so unless we "need" more than the home made set, I'll wait on gifting Iron the proper one when it's out :P

I'd like some beers. Put this somewhere private. We look like nerds this way

    We ARE nerds...
Some of us are out and proud.
I don't sort the beer. I contribute to the entertainment... (sexy time is organised in private, obviously)

If we have to miss Christelle this year, I'm sure he'll be lonely. Sounds like a good plan Sean.
