Fucking computer!

Hey guys.

Might be out of the action for a few days. Seems like my PC finally gave in :/

I have a build-it-yourself pc that my friend put together for me. It normally runs perfect but when i moved my tower 3 months ago something happend and its been dodgy ever since.

Basicly to turn the pc on i have to click the powerbutton like 100 times. Sometimes it turns on after 2 clicks, most of the times its more like 50 clicks. Today i gave up after 10 minutes :/

So I think Ill be able to take it to a shop on tuesday to have them fix it.

my guess it is either the mainboard or the psu.

Or the distance between the power button on the case and the actual power button inside the case.

I had a similar problem where I had to switch the psu itself off wait till the motherboard led went out and then turn it back on.

Perhaps try; (if u haven't already)

Checking the cable from the power button to the motherboard.
Updating bios.
Testing your PSU in another PC.

Trying to find what's causing a problem with a PC is such a ball ache!
