We have a padded cell for people who want coffee, ManowaR ships only carry beer on strict orders from the GM! (Tee hee that's me)
Saltydog would have to serve on the Idris because it is the only ship we have that is equipped with a brig ^.^
Hello again
This is what I am hoping might happen in SC:
A number of guilds agree to cooperate together with a specific aim of getting multi crew ship experience and eventually expertise.
It would be nice if it was one guild but we all have our loyalties now based on years of playing with friends.
Depending upon what systems RSI puts in place I intend to loan out any of my ships that are needed by members of our group who need them for a mission.
As far as I am concerned any individual within our group could propose a mission (and post this mission on all our guild websites) and if it is supported I will loan out any ships needed. The only ship I am not willing to loan is the Idris.
A regular early mission for ManowaR will be a Banu Merchant trip to make profit on trade. The Banu might need escorts and the escort pilots would get to put as much cargo on the Banu as possible (it carries 6,000 cargo units which is insane ****). This could be run once or twice a night depending on numbers online and demand.
All individuals would be able to propose any kind of mission and would wait to see if it was supported
What do you folks think?
Speaking on behalf of the other Renegades (cheeky, I know) "guild loyalty" doesn't mean not joining a larger guild in a specific game.
If said guild is willing to work WITH people, rather that dictate because it's "their ball" then there's no problem.
I think the main worry about leaving the familiar is favouritism.
I know it happens within RL (which makes me grumpy, and I for one don't stand for it) but it's a natural fear when merging.
From my perspective, I'd encourage anyone to join whatever guild meets their individual needs in any given game, but remember that Renegade Legion will always welcome them back home.

I would love you to join ManowaR (for Star Citizen) but I have to be honest and state that we are not a larger guildThere are about 16 who have said they will play (from TUT) but so far only 7/8 have bought ships and the rest are waiting for launch. Whatever you decide we will for sure work with you rather than attempt to control you. I make rules for my guild but they only apply to behavior, in SC we can make it up as we go along ****.
16 possibles for a new game is big compared to us atm.
Too many renegades are busy IRL *shakes fist*
Not sure if I'll be joining, as WoD is coming up and I'll actually have to commit to that to build us back up to a competitive guild but I'll certainly be happy to lend support.
If it's a one shot buy GW2 style, I'll be more tempted as I do love me some Frontier.

It is planned to launch the game financed by the initial cost of a game package plus allowing players to continue to purchase ships with real money as well as through game play.
Favouritism:
All positions are up for grabs and anyone can try out in any job they like. Obviously I already know my members and can say which would make good leaders or loyal, hardworking organisers but no idea about piloting yet ****. I am not a good in game leader and will not be a combat leader at all, my job is to create an environment in which people can enjoy the game![]()

It's always best to separate "raid leader" from "community leader" (guildmaster) imo.
I think it can intimidate new folks if one guy has all the authority, and you cant bitch to one or the other if you're unhappy ^^
(I'm fairly sure we've had problems because I've been both for years, and I'm a cuddly teddybear)
I might as well commit to some casual flying then, cuz cruising through space cracking jokes on comms sounds like a good time.
